Information Systems in Metro and Trams
Effective communication is key for guiding and informing all passengers, especially those with disabilities.

- Install visual and audible devices to announce stops and train status.
- Ensure all doors, both inside and outside, have light and acoustic warning signals for opening and closing.
- Use clear, large information screens inside trains to announce schedules, stops, and any relevant updates, with subtitles for videos or oral messages when requested.
