Space in front of doors
The minimum dimensions of the space in front of the doors must ensure comfortable and safe access for all users, including those with reduced mobility. The lobby design should take into account the door-opening system and the number of available access points, ensuring there is enough space for free and unobstructed movement.

- In spaces with double doors, there should be a clear space of at least 120 cm by 80 cm to prevent interference with the door swings.
- The clear area with the doors closed should allow for a 150 cm diameter circle to be inscribed, ensuring that people can move easily within the lobby.
- Ensure that the lobby layout supports accessibility and smooth movement for all individuals, especially those with disabilities.
